Promo code: "RICKGAUGLERDEADLIFT" to pay only $4.95

Rick was IPF World Champion in the open division at 67.5 kg in 1977. Also IPF World Champion at 75 kg in 1980.
Nationally, he won U.S. titles (USPF, AAU) multiple times.

His personal lifting bests are very impressive: for example, he squat and deadlift 320 kg (at ~75 kg class). Gaugler emphasized doing heavy singles (or near-max singles) in training within his cycles, not just higher reps. Gaugler didn’t neglect assistance work. In his cycle, he included accessory lifts.

This workout was republished Jul/2005 from POWERLIFTINGUSA.

If you want a proven, time-tested system that builds strength while managing fatigue especially if you're powerlifting competitively or seriously a Gaugler-style program is a really good choice.
