Mike Bridges was one of the greatest powerlifters in history competing from 1978-2010 winning everything from USAPL Nationals to IPF Worlds multiple times. He set world records from the 165-220 class with his best lifts being 836 squat, 531 bench press, and 771 deadlift. 

This program is easy to follow, focuses on small increases in intensity and volume while keeping frequency at three squat sessions per week. 

Mike's squat program is simple and can be fit into other bench/deadlift programs.

Absolutely. Many lifters often train two of the contest lifts per session.
How much increase should I expect on my squat?
Mike claims a 15-30# increase in the 12 weeks.
Can a beginner do this program?
Yep. It's a percentage based program, so anyone can do it. With that said, it's likely best suited to beginners and intermediates.
