Ryan Kennelly is an American powerlifter widely regarded as one of the greatest bench press specialists in history, earning the nickname “Bench Monster.”

Kennelly’s most significant accomplishments include being the first person to bench press over 800 pounds in competition and setting an all-time equipped world bench press record of 1,075 pounds (487.6 kg) in November 2008, a mark that stood for over a decade.
