Her competitive accomplishments include extensive success in USA Powerlifting (USAPL) and International Powerlifting Federation (IPF) meets, where she won multiple national titles as a teenager and young adult, medaled at World Championships, and represented the United States at events such as the World Games. Her best recorded lifts show a 369 lb squat, 231 lb bench, 403 lb deadlift, and an approximately 975 lb total in equipped competition.
