Are you busy and do not have time to go to the gym? This program is created so that you build your body up on a daily basis with minimum equipment. Based on a Greacing the groove principle you will be working everyday with the easy to manage amount of work. You can split the workout in multiple mini sessions throughout the day or just do it in a single session.
