Stronger Runner 5k is great program for those who want to begin they journey with running. It gives you great opportunity for building strength endurance 3 times a week and running skills 3 times a week. Program is concentrated on quality of movement, thus you will mostly run quick intense session. No junk miles, no unnecessary work.

Can I use this plan to support other sports?
Yes! You do not have to do running if your sport includes running like football (soccer), american football, rugby etc,
Can I do it in 24 hour fitness?
Yes! You can even run at mechanical treadmill, however it is preferred to run outside or on TrueForm Runner.
How much time does it take to finish one training session?
No more than 60 minutes.
