This is a 4 week conditioning program that was put together to be a supplemental workout to replace cardio in a bodybuilding program. It also is great conditioning for strength athletes, throwers, and other athletes in whom running is not recommended.
The great simplicity of using only kettlebells and battle ropes is that it is perfect for a home gym, box gym, or sports training gym.
The short intense nature of the workouts makes it perfect for conditioning for athletes after their sports training or in a separate workout away from their technical work.
