Each day focuses on 1 of the 3 main areas of the body; the upper body, lower body, and core/spine. After you prime the area, you'll do a strength endurance exercise focused on solidifying the new mobility you found.

We want to share it with you so you can help stop the cycle of Injury, rehab, come back too soon, repeat...
