This hip specific program was created for throwers based on our work with multiple world team members and olympians from all around the world. Through this work we've learned that the hips are a pivotal part of a thrower's ability to succeed. If your hips aren't moving well you open yourself up to limited distance on your throws and even injury. Protect yourself and up your game by using the same warm-up as some of your throwing heroes!
