Welcome to the Mobility-Doc Shoulder Program for Throwers! This program is designed to enhance your shoulder flexibility, stability, and strength, key components for powerful and controlled throws. Over the next few weeks, you will engage in targeted exercises that prepare your shoulders for the demands of throwing events, ensuring you perform at your best while reducing the risk of injury.

Each workout session starts with a Primer Circuit, consisting of three exercises performed in a circuit format for three rounds. This Primer focuses on activating key muscles, improving mobility, and setting the stage for the more intense strength exercises to come. Perform each exercise back-to-back without resting between exercises or rounds. This continuous approach ensures optimal muscle activation and readiness for the subsequent strength training.

Following the Primer, you will move into the Strength Couplet. This part of the session combines two exercises performed alternately. Start with the first strength exercise, then immediately move to the second exercise during the rest period of the first. Continue alternating between the two exercises without additional rest between sets. This structure not only enhances your strength but also promotes recovery and muscle balance.
