This program is a daily 10 minute mobility routine that focuses on your hips, shoulders, spine, and entire body. You will cycle through 4 routines every single day for four weeks. Use this as your warm up, or daily cooldown. Our MDRx Mobility series is based on our hands on work with thousands of patients every single year.

You do not need anything fancy. Occasionally you will need a foam roller and something weighted. Most times this will be a bodyweight routine // but it won’t hurt to have a couple of dumbbells or kettlebells.
