You will spend four weeks targeting the mobility of your spine, and hips, using the very same 15 minute routines that we give to our patients at Mobility-Doc. We built these routines - our primers - by combining what we've learned during our 7000+ annual patient visits and our doctorate degrees. Your path to improvement begins here. All you need to do is commit to 15 minutes a day.
