This 12 week program is designed for the intermediate trainer and will elicit a great hypertrophy response alongside strength gains.

Improve Functional Hypertrophy/Strength
Increasing functional hypertrophy is the process of building strength & muscle mass via hypertrophy of the fast twitch fibers. Its termed functional because this type of hypertrophy yields the best functional response. Increasing absolute strength is the process of getting stronger while also acquiring enhanced muscle mass.
