Spending your off season without direction, or losing your strength in season? The HG Athlete Team is built around creating purposeful, enjoyable sessions that seeks to express your strength and athleticism. As such, we aim for incidental performance on the field, driven by enjoyment in the gym.
This up to 4 day/week program is written by Coach Gus; education backed and supported with experience coaching multiple National level athletes. It primarily follows the annual Winter Sports calender, relevant to Off-Season, Pre-Season and In-Season.
Includes demo videos and explanations of the exercises, and optional accessory work if you want to fully maximize your time in the gym.
The program is based around commercial gym use, with flexible session length of 45 - 90 minutes.
