This up to 5 day per week program is written by Coach Gus; education backed and supported with experience coaching hundreds of in person clients aged 15 - 60. From National athletes, to clients walking in the gym door at 50 years of age, Coach Gus has an incredibly broad array of tools he has developed to get everyone the results they want.
Includes demo videos and explanations of the exercises, and optional accessory work if you want to fully maximize your time in the gym.
The program is based around commercial gym use, with flexible session length of 45 - 90 minutes.
