This off-season hockey training program is designed to allow athletes time for other "summer" sports such as baseball, golf, etc. It include 2 weekly resistance/mobility training days, and 1 weekly skills day. Resistance training should be completed in the manner prescribed, while "skills" training is at your discretion. Ideally, skills would consist of on-ice activities. However, shooting pucks, stick handling, roller blading, etc. are acceptable as alternatives.
