This program is designed to help youth ice hockey players maintain their edge throughout the summer, while simultaneously allowing them to "get away" from the rink and enjoy other activities. The 12-week program starts with 1x weekly training sessions (month one), before increasing to 2x weekly (months two and three). The focus is on athletic development through the intersections of strength, speed, and power. Equipment needs are minimal and all movements can be scaled up/down according to the needs of the athlete.

Coach Corsini is a USA Hockey Certified Coach, holds advanced degrees/certifications in Biology, Sports Counseling, Leadership, Strength and Conditioning, and is Safe Sport trained. He has taught human anatomy/physiology and biological science for over 20 years and currently trains athletes from various sports and backgrounds as his personal clients.
