The Dangerous Curves program is designed for women who want to get stronger, feel healthier, and gain confidence in their abilities.  Strong Curves lasts for one month, can be completed with minimal equipment, and requires training only 2x per week.

FAQs
Do I need a bunch of equipment
No. While gyms access is ideal, you can complete this program with simple dumbbells or even a few heavy books.
Can I train whenever I want, or must it be on the prescribed days?
Training days are flexible and can be shifted to meet your schedule. It is recommended that you simply give yourself 2 days off between sessions to allow for recovery.
