Spartan Beast (Phase 2) is the conclusion to the Spartan training platform. This phase continues to build on gains achieved during phase 1, but also increases focus on energy systems development. Distances get longer, burpees increase in number, and movement patterns become more demanding. The phase concludes with a "restful" week leading up to race day.
