**Obiettivo:**
Sviluppare in modo mirato la potenza aerobica e il VO2max attraverso l’utilizzo di due strumenti chiave: RowErg e BikeErg, migliorando così anche le due soglie ventilatorie (VT1 e VT2). I lavori sono strutturati per stimolare entrambi i parametri fisiologici in modo progressivo e specifico.
