This 4-week mini cycle is designed to learn technique, build pulling, pushing & transition strength, and help YOU get your FIRST kipping bar muscle up or IMPROVE your current kipping bar muscle up skill and volume.
3 Training Sessions/Week
Each week targets:
Bar muscle-up mechanics
Lat, core, pulling and pushing strength specific to the movement
Specific drills and skills that ACTUALLY transfer to the BMU
Expect focused sessions, specific strength and clear progressions and can be fit into YOUR current program.
