Whether you are a member of Superhero Fitness or not, you can have access to our programmes that our members participates in. We run 3 programmes at the same time continuously where you can opt to participate in one or dip in and out of all 3! Our strength and conditioning programme aims at conditioning our members to enhance their performance as an athlete and reduce chances of injuries that results in, well.... results!

Our programmes change to give more of a focus in different areas for educating our members and keeps them well interested and motivated.

We also provide a SuperFHiiT programme which gives the well conditioned athlete a chance to put their fitness to the test by completing a challenging workout as similar to a CrossFit Wod. You can insert your score to see how you fair on the leaderboard amongst others (adapted for all fitness level abilities).

We also run an Engine programme within our team for athletes wanting to increase their aerobic and anaerobic capacity more so if their focus is on improving their cardiorespiratory function.

You wont miss a session that we run within our gym with access to our team!
