This Fat Loss programme is something special. We are totally honest and in regards to fat loss, you could use ANY fitness programme in the and achieve it. It comes down to having the right balance and being in a calorie deficit, gaining good sleep habits and managing stress levels. So what makes this programme special? Building muscle scientifically is researched proven to aid fat loss. We have structured our programme with a variety of workouts changing the intensities, type of training so it gives you the best approach to helping with fat loss. You will burn more calories within the same amount of time if you done 'cardio' so to speak compared to weight training but long term success, weight training is essential. We have produced a brilliant combination within this programme to help build lean muscle and burn fat. Training is a major factor for achieving fat loss but not the biggest. However, this programme will give you the very BEST opportuity for results but you must be mindful that if you have poor nutritional habits... you don't add on top of that because you are training within this programme.
