This programme puts the fun in functional strength with a variety of exercises ensuring you build a rock hard core. We have included every fundamental movement to gain muscle, strength in all areas whilst using all sort of equipment. You will need to focus on good technique as you brace to ensure you execute each exercise with the utmost perfection.

FAQs
Who is the programme suitable for?
Anyone! For all abilities but with some decent enough training experience so you are able to hold good posture for a hinge position. Any exercises can be substituted so you can message the coach and he will give you an alternative.
