Welcome to the Wenning Strength Community!
Here you will receive programming from the one and only Matt Wenning. He truly has brain and brawn, receiving a Master's Degree in Biomechanics and multiple world records in raw and equipped Power Lifting. On top of that, he has trained many tactical populations such as firefighters, police, Army, 82nd Airborne, and Special Forces. On top of that, He truly understands training for all populations!
This is where we provide access to top-quality programming in a community setting. We will be programming Conjugate style training with the Wenning twist on it.
These workouts are not a substitute for individualized programming that is based on your individual weaknesses. This is an economical way to get sound programming based on the current programming used at the Wenning Strength Gym, Ludus Magnus.
If you have any questions about the Wenning Strength Community Program, e-mail ted@wenningstrength.com.
