The most advanced baseball specific training program on the market, backed by over a decade of professional baseball strength and conditioning experience and blended with years of conjugate training, this program builds on the foundation established in the 9 innings program by advancing fundamental movement patterns and increasing strength, power, and lean mass.

What this program provides: -Advance foundational movement patterns established from the 9 innings program through progressively more complex barbell, safety-squat bar, and trap-bar variations. -Introduction and utilization of a conjugate style program for baseball athletic development. -4 day per week program: max effort upper/lower body as well as dynamic effort upper/lower body. -Regular Interval work to help improve aerobic base, increase recovery in between high intensity training sessions and reduce soreness. -Arm care considerations for the overhead athlete.

This is for the baseball athlete who: -Wishes to see increases in strength and power in all planes -Wants to increase their throwing and/or exit velocity -Improve their core stability and rotational power
