What this program provides: -Advance foundational movement patterns established from the 9 innings program through progressively more complex barbell, safety-squat bar, and trap-bar variations. -Introduction and utilization of a conjugate style program for baseball athletic development. -4 day per week program: max effort upper/lower body as well as dynamic effort upper/lower body. -Regular Interval work to help improve aerobic base, increase recovery in between high intensity training sessions and reduce soreness. -Arm care considerations for the overhead athlete.
