WORLD'S STRONGEST MANATEE 6 PEAK PROGRAM

This program is designed to help you master the events for for WORLDS STRONGEST MANATEE 6

This is a 3 day strength program with 1 day of conditioning - balanced to get plenty of time for each event, with an appropriate ramp up so you're strong, conditioned, and peaked to express it on gameday.

***PROGRAM START DATE: FEBRUARY 9 *

EVENTS: Axle Clean and Press for reps Axle Deadlift for reps (EVENT #3 Will be announced as soon as it's official but I know what it's going to be and this program prepares you for it) Farmers 40yd Dash Sandbag to Shoulder

This program uses two 4-week blocks to build a base of strength and technique, with a taper week at the end so you are recovered for the comp!

The goal of today is to set a baseline to improve on - effort is still necessary for gains but no matter what record your numbers so you can improve on them! This can be done on a rower, ski erg, or assault bike. A) Oxygen Endurance Block 3:00 minutes, max calories -TRACK THIS SO YOU CAN BEAT IT Rest 5 minutes before going onto part B B) Power Blocks 45 seconds on, 4 minute rest for 3 rounds This is meant to be a very very hard demanding maximum effort. Drop off round to round is expected. Track calories in each round.
