Our plan includes weekly exposures to rising bar formats, peak singles, suit/brief cycling, and grip integrity work (yes, we saw that rule about keeping thumbs and fingers on the bar). We’ll build your deadlift from the ground up—literally.
🪵 MERCY / TRUMP LOG PRESS Strategy meets savagery. We’ll prep you to dominate the TRUMP weight—with overhead power development, clean technique tuning, and press away endurance circuits. You’ll know exactly how to pace, when to attack, and how to score the highest.
