These 3 lifts are important because they develop head to toe full body strength that carries over into every single modern day strongman event.
The World Old School Strongman competition is held around the world on March 3-4 to test these 3 disciplines, and create a global ranking that shows you exactly where you land amongst the strongman world.
Even if you choose not to compete - building these three lifts will drastically improve your strongman game.
Zerchers build the core, back, and leg strength for sandbags, shoulders, and carries. Log Pressing builds the upper body power to press ANYTHING with strength. Deadlifts, of course, are the ultimate strength builder for the full body.
This program can be used to peak for the World Old School Strongman competition, or just build massive strength on the foundational strongman lifts.
