If you want a lower body that scores on a wellness stage, you will need to train it like a competitor.

But if you want your glutes and legs to be as full and as balanced as they can be, this program is designed to get you there.

This is a glute and lower body specialization block built around high frequency work, intelligent volume, and smart exercise selection that brings your lower half up without letting your upper body slide.

No junk volume. No random exercises.

Just focused programming for lifters chasing a fuller, more balanced lower body.

Train Glutes And Legs More Often
Your lower body responds to frequency when the volume and exercise selection are managed. You will train it across four sessions each week and keep progressing instead of just getting sore.

Balance, Not Just Size
A wellness physique is judged on shape and balance. The programming builds your glutes, hamstrings and quads in proportion so nothing overpowers the rest.
benefit-image-2
Built To Protect Your Lower Back
This is not endless deadlifting. Smart movement selection builds your lower body without your lower back becoming the limiting factor.
benefit-image-3
Built In Logbook
Progression is planned, not guessed. Every lift is tracked, and your lifetime lift history is one tap away, so you always know exactly what you have to beat.

Glutes And Hamstrings First
The movements that actually build a wellness lower body lead your sessions, not the burnout finishers tacked on when you have nothing left.

What are you waiting for?

If your lower body has been flat and out of balance for years, more random leg days are not the answer. Train it more often, in the right order, and with a clear plan. This program is that plan.
