PowerBuilder - with IFBB Pro Ben Pollack (5X/week)

Hypertrophy Coach

Coach
Joe Bennett

Most powerbuilding programs are a powerlifting program and a bodybuilding program bolted together. The result is far more work than almost anyone can recover from.

Joe and IFBB Pro Ben Pollack built this one to fix that. Ben wrote the load progressions for the big three lifts. Joe wrote the hypertrophy and accessory work around them, filling the aesthetic gaps that traditional strength programs leave behind.

Twelve weeks across three blocks. Five sessions a week: pull, arms, push, lower, then delts and arms. You get stronger in the squat, bench and deadlift, and you carry more muscle while you do it.

Ben also recorded overview videos explaining how his progressions work, so you understand the plan instead of just following it.

No junk volume. No random exercises. Strength and size in one plan you can actually finish.

Two Coaches, Two Specialties
Ben Pollack designed the load progressions for the big three lifts. Joe designed the hypertrophy and accessory work. You get each of them doing the thing they are genuinely best at.

Built To Be Recoverable
The common powerbuilding mistake is stacking a full powerlifting program on top of a full bodybuilding one. This was written from the start as a single plan, so the volume adds up to something you can finish.

Twelve Weeks, Three Blocks
The progressions run across three distinct blocks rather than repeating the same week for three months. That is what actually moves a squat, a bench and a deadlift.

Fills The Gaps Powerlifting Leaves
Traditional strength programs build the big lifts and skip the rest. The accessory work here is chosen to bring up what usually gets neglected, so you end up strong everywhere rather than thick in three places.

Built In Logbook
Progression is planned, not guessed. Every lift is tracked, and your lifetime lift history is one tap away, so you always know exactly what you have to beat.

What are you waiting for?

You do not have to choose between being strong and looking like you lift. Ben's progressions on the big three, Joe's work on everything else, in one plan you can finish. This is that plan.

FAQs
Who is this program best for?
Lifters who want a bigger squat, bench and deadlift without giving up on how they look. You should be past your first year of training and comfortable with the big three, because the progressions assume you can handle real loads.
Is this really Ben Pollack's programming?
Yes, in the part that is his. Ben designed the load progressions for the big three lifts himself and recorded overview videos explaining them. Joe designed the hypertrophy and accessory work around them.
How is this different from other powerbuilding programs?
Most of them staple a powerlifting program to a bodybuilding program, which leaves you with more volume than you can recover from. This was written as one plan from the start, so the strength work and the hypertrophy work fit together instead of competing.
Do I need a full gym?
At minimum you need a barbell, plates, a squat rack and a bench, plus dumbbells for the accessory work. A commercial gym with a cable stack and machines will cover everything comfortably.
