Full Body - Single (3X/week)

Most people do not quit training because the program was wrong. They quit because it asked for five or six days they never had.

Full Body Single asks for three, and it asks you to learn one session. The same workout each time, whole body, three times a week.

That is the point. Nothing to look up, nothing to rotate, no wondering which day you are on. The exercises are written to be supersetted so you get in and out, and every session is a direct attempt to beat the last one.

No junk volume. No random exercises.

Just the simplest structure that still works, for lifters who want training to be one less decision.

Three Days A Week, Not Five Or Six
Three sessions is the whole ask. If your week has three training days in it and never four, this is built for exactly that, instead of being a six day program you keep failing to finish.
benefit-image-1
One Session To Learn, Not Three
The same full body workout every time. You stop spending mental energy on which day is which, and start spending it on beating the numbers you wrote down last session.

Supersetted To Save You Time
The exercises are written to be paired up so you are not standing around between sets. If the gym is too busy for that, run them as straight sets instead. It still works.

Easy To Repeat And Measure
Running the same session over and over makes progress impossible to hide from. Either the numbers went up or they did not, and for some lifters that clarity is worth more than variety.

Built In Logbook
Progression is planned, not guessed. Every lift is tracked, and your lifetime lift history is one tap away, so you always know exactly what you have to beat.

What are you waiting for?

If you have started and stopped four programs because none of them fit the week you actually have, the problem was never your discipline. Three days, one session, built to be finished. This is that plan.

FAQs
Who is this program best for?
Beginners through intermediate lifters, and anyone whose real week has three training days in it. An advanced lifter can still make good progress on it, it is just not usually where they get the most out of their time.
How is this different from Full Body A/B?
A/B alternates two different sessions. This one repeats a single session. A/B gives you more variety and a wider spread of exercises, this gives you simplicity and the cleanest progress tracking. Pick whichever you will enjoy more.
Can I run it more than three days a week?
I would not. This is one of the few programs I recommend you keep to three days. At this volume per session, a fourth day is usually more than you will recover from, and recovery is where the growth happens.
Do I need a full gym?
A commercial gym is ideal. At minimum you need barbells, dumbbells and a cable stack. The sessions are written to be supersetted to save time, but straight sets work fine if the gym is busy.
