Push pull legs has been around forever, and it is still here for a reason. It just usually gets run badly.

Push Pull Lower Single is the classic split at its simplest. Six days, three sessions. Push, pull and lower, each run twice a week.

It is built to be repeated. Run it as written, then run it again, or extend it and go months on end. The volume is moderate to low, and every exercise is easy to swap when the gym is busy or the equipment is missing.

No junk volume. No random exercises.

Just three sessions you can actually keep running, for lifters who want a split that lasts.

Every Body Part, Twice A Week
Push, pull and lower, each run twice across six days. Every body part gets two exposures a week, which is the frequency most people actually grow on.

Three Sessions To Learn, Not Six
One push day, one pull day, one lower day. You learn three workouts and repeat them, so the mental load stays near zero and the focus goes on beating last week.

Built To Repeat For Months
This is one you can run, finish, and run again. Nothing about it expires after twelve weeks, so if it is working there is no reason to go looking for something else.

Easy To Swap Exercises
Every movement has obvious alternatives. If the gym is packed or a machine is missing, swap it and keep going instead of losing the session.

Built In Logbook
Progression is planned, not guessed. Every lift is tracked, and your lifetime lift history is one tap away, so you always know exactly what you have to beat.

What are you waiting for?

Push pull legs is the split everyone has tried. Very few people have run one long enough to see what it actually does. Three sessions, six days, and nothing that expires after twelve weeks. This is that plan.

FAQs
Who is this program best for?
Advanced through beginner. The volume stays moderate, so it is efficient for pretty much anyone who has six days a week to train.
How is this different from PPL A/B?
Same six days, same split. A/B gives you six distinct sessions, this one repeats three. More variety there, simpler tracking here. Pick whichever you will enjoy more.
Can I run it more than once?
Yes, and that is the point. This one is built to be repeated or extended for months on end. If it is still working, keep running it.
Do I need a full gym?
A commercial gym is ideal. At minimum you need barbells, dumbbells and a cable stack. Every exercise is easy to swap for another option when equipment is not available.
