From breaking World Records in Equipped and Raw Powerlifting to earning his Masters degree in Sport Biomechanics, Matt has shown he is truly both brains and brawn! Matt has trained several different types of different populations ranging from tactical athletes, powerlifters, NFL players, and general fitness.
