This mobility program is the weekly program followed by all Emily Duncan Fitness clients that are involved in 1-on-1 coaching.
We want to offer it to you as an opportunity to get some firsthand experience with some of the additional mobility work our clients do in order to prepare their bodies for the lift ahead, keep their joints healthy, and also to help their bodies recover on their "off" days.
