This program is 4 days a week of kettlebell-focused training.

It is designed for those that have at least some kettlebell experience; however, the movements are not necessarily extremely technical.  They will definitely require some practice and getting used to, but that comes with anything!

Workouts should be anywhere from 45-60 minutes in length, and they are a total body focus for each of the 4 days.

Free one week trial is included.  Enjoy!

Must use App app to view and log training
Team Training
Good mix of kettlebells - doubles are preferred // but you could get by with singles.DBs could also be used for many movements if necessary.
