A program inspired by the anime "The Wrong Way To Use Healing Magic" and the training Usato does to become a healer. This program is a 3 day a week program to prioritize recovery because we don't all have healing magic. This program includes some lifting, & Cardio with weighted vest and weight pushups built in like Usato does. Of course it also includes some ab training to get that Usato six pack.
