Who is KBRx 5 for?
KBRx 5 is designed for experienced kettlebell athletes ready to prioritize training at the highest weekly frequency within the KBRx system while maintaining long-term sustainability.
Do I need kettlebell experience?
Yes. KBRx 5 is built for people with prior kettlebell training experience. If you’re new to kettlebells, the KBRx On Ramp programs are designed to help you build the foundation needed to transition into the full system.
How long are the sessions?
Sessions are focused and efficient so you can build strength and conditioning without spending unnecessary time training. Most sessions can be completed in under an hour.
Is KBRx beginner friendly?
No. KBRx 5 is intended for experienced trainees with the recovery capacity and schedule flexibility to support five training days per week.
What makes KBRx different?
