KBRx 4 is designed for people ready to increase training frequency while maintaining balance with work, family, stress, and recovery. The goal is sustainable progress through consistent training.
Do I need kettlebell experience?
Yes. KBRx 4 is designed for people with prior kettlebell training experience. If you’re new to kettlebells, the KBRx On Ramp programs are designed to help you build the movement foundation and confidence to transition into the full system.
How long are the sessions?
Sessions are focused and efficient so you can build strength and conditioning without spending hours training. Most sessions can be completed in under an hour.
Is KBRx 4 beginner friendly?
KBRx 4 is best suited for people with some kettlebell experience and the recovery capacity to handle four training days per week.
What makes KBRx different?
KBRx focuses on session pace, flow, and rhythm—using guided timers and structured pacing to help keep training efficient, intentional, and sustainable.
Should I start with KBRx 3 or KBRx 4?
KBRx 3 is ideal for people looking for a lower weekly training commitment. KBRx 4 is better suited for those ready for increased training frequency while maintaining the same sustainable philosophy.
