Who is Phase 1 for?
Phase 1 is designed for people who want to rebuild consistency and create a sustainable training habit. Whether you’re returning to training or starting from scratch, the goal is to help you build momentum and make showing up attainable.
Do I need kettlebell experience?
No. Phase 1 is beginner-friendly and designed to help you build confidence with foundational kettlebell movements and simple session structure.
How long are the sessions?
Session are focused and manageable so training can fit into real life. Phase 1 sessions can be completed in around 30 minutes.
What makes KBRx different?
KBRx focuses on consistency, pacing, and sustainable progress rather than extreme workouts or exhaustion. The goal is to help you create a training routine you can actually maintain.
What happens after Phase 1?
After completing Phase 1, you can transition into Phase 2 to hone your kettlebell skills and move further into the KBRx system.
