Who is Phase 3 for?
Phase 3 is designed for people who are confident with their kettlebell skills and are ready to transition into our structured, consistent system.
Do I need kettlebell experience?
Yes. Phase 3 is best suited for people with at least foundational kettlebell experience and confidence with basic movement patterns.
How long are the sessions?
Sessions are structured and efficient so training can fit into real life. Most sessions can be completed in under 60 minutes.
What makes Phase 3 different?
Phase 3 introduces more structured strength and conditioning work while continuing to emphasize pacing, recovery, and sustainable progress.
What happens after Phase 3?
After completing Phase 3, you’ll be prepared to move into KBRx 3, 4, or 5 depending on your training goals, schedule and recovery capacity.
Is Phase 3 beginner friendly?
Phase 3 is not designed for complete beginners. It’s intended for people who already have a foundation in kettlebell training or have completed KBRx Phase 1 and 2.
