What if I don’t have a piece of equipment for an exercise?
No problem! If there isn’t an alternative already listed in the program, just contact us directly through the Train Heroic app, and we’ll provide a substitution that works with your setup. We’re here to make sure you can complete every session effectively.
Is it true lifting heavy upper body will mess with my throw mechanics?
Could not be further from the truth. The point of this program is to mesh hardcore pure strength training with the unique needs and demands that is required of a QB's shoulder. Jalen Hurts benches over 275.
My strength coach already sent me a winter plan. Why buy this program?
Often times that is just a base plan sent to all member of the team with little to no specialization that is needed for quarterbacks.
