FAQs
Who is this program for?
Athletes with a HYROX race about 8 weeks out who can already run 30 minutes continuously and are comfortable with basic strength training. If you're currently injured or in pain, check with your physical therapist or doctor before starting.
Do I need a full gym?
Yes. Station sessions use a sled, SkiErg, rower, wall ball and sandbag, and strength days use barbells, a trap bar, dumbbells and kettlebells. Intervals are written for a track, but any flat, measured route works.
How hard should the runs feel?
Long runs stay in Zone 2, an easy, conversational effort guided by heart rate. Intervals should feel hard but controlled, at a pace you can hold across every repeat. Station days are where you practice race-day intensity.
What if I miss a day?
Just pick up where you left off. If you have to drop a session, keep your long run and one station day, since those carry over most directly to race day. You keep lifetime access, so you can run the program again before your next race.
