Who is KBRx 45 for?
KBRx 45 is designed for busy people who want to build strength and conditioning without spending hours training. It’s best for people who can commit to 45 minutes training sessions multiple times per week. It’s a great fit for busy, intermediate kettlebell users wanting more training volume.
What if I miss a workout?
Life happens. KBRx is built around the idea that consistency matters more than perfection. You’ll learn how to adjust training, manage setbacks, and keep moving forward without feeling like you’ve fallen behind.
Is KBRx 45 only for experienced kettlebell users?
No. While some familiarity with basic kettlebell movements is helpful, the program includes exercise videos, coaching cues, and guidance to help you train safely and effectively. If you need to hone your kettlebell skills, check out our Phase 2 and 3 On Ramp programs.
How is KBRx different from other kettlebell programs?
Most programs focus on what to do. KBRx also teaches you how to stay consistent when motivation fades, schedules change, or recovery isn’t ideal. Strength and conditioning are the outcome. Consistency is the skill.
Do I get coaching and support?
Yes. You’ll have access to coach support, exercise feedback, and practical guidance for adjusting training to fit your schedule, recovery, and goals.
What if I only have 30 minutes?
KBRx 45 is designed for 45 minute sessions, but you’ll learn how to make productive training decisions when time is limited rather than skipping training altogether.
