Who is KBRx 60 for?
KBRx 60 is designed for people who want the complete KBRx experience and can consistently commit up to an hour to training. Best for experienced kettlebell users and those who are accustomed to higher volume, more frequent training sessions.
What if I miss a workout?
Life happens. KBRx is built around the idea that consistency matters more than perfection. You’ll learn how to adjust training and continue moving forward without feeling like you’ve fallen behind.
Is KBRx only for experienced kettlebell users?
Some familiarity with basic kettlebell movements is recommended, but coaching cues and exercise videos are included to support continued learning. If you need to further hone your kettlebell skills check out our Phase 2 and 3 On Ramp programs.
How is KBRx different from other kettlebell programs?
Most programs focus on what to do. KBRx also teaches how to stay consistent when motivation fades, schedules change, or recovery isn’t ideal.
Do I get coaching and support?
Yes. You’ll have access to coach support, exercise feedback, and practical guidance for adjust training to fit your life.
What if I don’t always have 60 minutes?
KBRx teaches you how to make productive training decisions when time is limited so that missed time automatically become missed training.
