Rad Dad Strength Co. was born during the most challenging time in my fatherhood journey thus far. My youngest daughter was diagnosed with a rare form of Leukemia and I had to find a way to work physical training into my life that consisted of working multiple jobs, my doctoral study, and providing all of the love and care for my family that they deserved. 

Rad Dad Strength Co. is for everyone who lives a busy life, but still wants to maintain many of the physical qualities required for not only athletic prowess, but life as a busy parent.

Can I complete this without all the recommended equipment?
Absolutely! If you need to change or modify any training sessions you can do so in the app or by asking your coach.
Can I complete this training at a traditional commercial gym?
As long as you have a place to lift weights, sprint, jump, and condition you will be able to complete this program anywhere.
What if I am a mom and still want to be rad? Is this program for me?
Absolutely. This style of training will suit any person wanting to better prepare themselves for the demands of living a rad life.
What if I cannot commit to 5 days a week to train?
5 days are programmed so that the hardest of chargers have something to accomplish everyday. If you have a busies schedule and cannot make it to the gym everyday that is fine. Complete the strength training days as a priority and then fill in other days with the aerobic work.
