Based on the AXE concept.
This program is based on achieving a high level of conditioning through explosive repeats of KB Snatch. It is to be performed with each set on the minute (OTM) for the snatch work. All of the prep work is done at your own pace. Session should be completed in less than 1 hour ideally. This program is to be done in conjunction with other activity. Fighting, running, BJJ etc.
By the end of the program you will be an absolute dog.
