Success can be replicated. It may look different to everyone, but with the right guidance and work ethic it can be done!

When people sign up to be members of my affiliate, they all have something in common. The desire to get stronger and have fun doing it.

Lucky for me, I know just how to do that. When I write for my gym and I, it is important that I consider everything A-Z to make sure we are eliminating weaknesses and improving our strengths.

Now, you might be asking, “Nick, do YOU even do these workouts for your own gym?” As a matter of fact you can find me at CrossFit 061 almost every day of the week for the 5:30a class doing these workouts.

So, if you ever wondered what it would be like to train at my gym and see how you stack up against my times, this is for you!!

The ZeusMethod Power Hour program is carefully designed to fit in a 1 hour class time window and can be done with basic CrossFit equipment.

Every single workout can be scaled up or down as you will often see my member and I do. I want to grow the CrossFit community and this is the next step in doing so.

Set the bar high, and then raise it a little more. As a member of Power Hour you can expect to increase brute strength, aerobic, and gymnastics strength. In just 1 hour we make sure to hit every corner to make sure you get the most out of your session!
Just because you follow a separate program doesn't mean you have to miss out on the community feel. With the option to submit your times you can compare, share, and comment on others results.
Train With My Gym
Whether you are across the pond in Europe or out West in Oregon, with Power Hour you can feel what it's like to be a member of my affiliate. I take the success of my members very seriously and I wanted to share that with the world.
Don't have 4-5 hours a day to train? We totally understand. Thats every workout is designed to be done in 60 minutes or less. That includes Warm Ups, Strength/Skill, and Metcons.
Easy Communication
Having trouble figuring out how to scale a WOD? Shoot us an email and we would love to help out. Each workout is carefully designed to fit the abilities of any athlete that is willing to give it a shot!

Programming 5 days per week
1 hour training days 4 times per week with 1 active recovery day built in. Often get the choice of Strength / Skill / Endurance before the metcon.

Accredited coaches will give you warm ups daily and helpful pacing tips and strategies when needed.

What if I only have a garage gym?
If you want to get that group class feel from home, here you go! Each workout can be scaled/modified to fit any amount of resources and abilities.
Do I have enough equipment?
Yes. The prescribed workouts are designed to be done with basic CrossFit equipment but can be modified based on what you have.
What does a typical day look like?
Start off every session with a warm up. Then you will most likely get the option of working on a strength piece or an endurance piece. After that is a carefully designed WOD to leave you fulfilled for the day but hungry for tomorrow.
Will this prepare me for local competitions?
Whether you are competing with yourself, within your gym, or at a local comp.. Power Hour will get you right! If you have some extra time this is a great base to supplement with accessory work afterwards!
