The biggest rule for success with this workout is push yourself. It is #justabar and the difference between one more rep and resting, is doing one more rep before resting!

FAQs
Do I really only need #Justabar?
Yes, however you can substitute the bar with a Dumbbell, PVC Pipe, Broomstick, KB, and even add some weight if you like!
How long do these workouts take?
They average 7-15 Minutes. You may do some faster and a couple may take a little longer. Depends how hard you want to push.
How often can I do a #justabar workout?
You can do 1 or more workouts a day. These are designed to be effective and done alone, along side another program, and able to be used however you choose!
