Modern Athlete Strength Systems (MASS) Lacrosse is built for lacrosse athletes to develop strength, power, speed, agility, and endurance to level up their on-the-field performance.
The intent of this program is to provide athletes professional strength & conditioning coaching so their time in the gym is invested wisely - building a foundation of strength and conditioning that results in a higher standard of play.
All training is provided by Coach Jimmy Prendergast, who brings 13 years of experience working with college men's lacrosse.
Athletes get one shot to build a rock-solid foundation of the physical qualities required to excel at their sport. Jimmy's track record of excellence and experience working with collegiate lacrosse players provides huge opportunity for our athletes to gain an edge on the competition and train like a professional.
All training on this program is synchronized with traditional in season and off season lacrosse schedules, meaning that the intensity and volume of the program will adjust with the season so you're showing up on game day in peak condition.

Prendergast spent 13 years in collegiate strength and conditioning, working extensively with men's lacrosse. His most recent position was an Associate Director of Athletics for Sports Performance. Prendergast holds certifications through the NSCA and CSCCa. In 2023 Prendergast was named a Master Strength & Conditioning Coach, the highest honor given in the strength & conditioning profession.
